Returns & Refunds

We want you and your dog to be happy with every order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, in original packaging
- Contact us at support@shopgoldenyearspet.com to start a return
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected, typically within 5–7 business days
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you
